Results Of Pastoral Training

Churches and denominations around the world have experienced phenomenal results using this approach.

In Cameroon, Africa, after four years, the frist 16 pastors:

  • Won over 1700 new conversions (an average of 26 new believers per church, per year)
  • Experienced 136% numerical growth,
  • Increased weekly giving on average 226% (Praise God!)
  • Formed 116 new “disciple-making” groups with 50% of church attendees in groups
  • UPDATE: Cameroon in 2006 had 16 pastors graduate in 2010. Since 2006 our Cameroon T-Net pastors have seen 70,000 new converts join their churches; they currently have 798 pastors in training; they have planted over 200 new churches, churches have seen their weekly giving increase by over 200%, Cameroon is self-funded, it has a country leader and leadership governing board and has sent trainers to multiply T-Net in other French speaking countries of Africa like Togo and Benin. But their goal is not 800 churches. It is 18,000 disciple-making churches in Cameroon!!! 

 

In Kisumu, Kenya, after Course 10, the first 22 pastors from 4 East African Countries:

  • 1692 new conversions attending their churches (25 per church per year)
  • 31% average annual numerical growth per church
  • On average 444% increase in weekly giving
  • 38 new churches planted
  • 74 church planting apprentices in training
  • Sequential small groups started in each church with 58% of adult attending
  • Training 278 pastors in 2nd generation centers; and 455 pastors in 3rd generation centers

 

In the Philippines, after only 8 months, The first 56 pastors:

  • Won 578 new converts into their churches
  • Increased congregational giving by over 70%
  • Trained 492 members in Bible Study Methods
  • Started 728 members and converts in disciplemaking
  • Planned to begin 16 new centers in the next 3 months

 

In Chingola, Zambia after only 3 courses, the first 29 pastors:

  • Won 680 new converts into their churches
  • Increased congregational giving by over 50%
  • Trained 464 members in Bible Study Methods
  • Started 492 members and converts in disciplemaking
  • Planned to begin 10 new centers in the next 6 months

 

In Chennai, India, after only 4 courses, the first 10 pastors:

  • Baptized 4015 new converts into their churches
  • Increased weekly giving by over 60%
  • Trained 1985 in BSM and 5472 in “4-Spiritual laws”
  • Started 345 new small groups
  • Planted 103 new churches
  • Started 25 new centers with 578 more pastoral leaders

 

Monrovia, Liberia, with 20 students after 4 courses

  • Avg. annual growth per church = 33%
  • Avg. weekly giving increase/church = 321%
  • Total new converts, now reg. attenders. = 645
  • # Church planters being apprenticed – 51 (in only 20 churches)
  • # of churches already planted – 6 – in only one year

 

Fiditi, Nigeria, with 11 1G students after 10 courses

  • Total new converts, now reg. attenders. = 394

  • Nigeria is already in the fourth generation of training with over 500 pastors

 

Kampala Uganda, with 19 students after 4 courses

  • Avg. % of major leaders being discipled- 75%
  • Planned Pastoral training multiplication after course 5 = 19 1G, training 415 2G
