T-Net Training Center Handbook

T-Net Center for Pastoral Leadership has a unique strategy and role in Theological Education by Extension. T-Net’s goal and strategy is entirely focused on "Finishing" the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20) in each nation of the world by empowering indigenous pastors. T-Net is NOT in competition with traditional Bible Colleges and Seminaries. In fact, T-Net’s core materials have been taught at a Masters and Doctoral level by several of the most prominent evangelical seminaries in the world – Bethel Seminary, Columbia International University, Dallas Theological Seminary, Trinity Divinity School, Western Theological Seminary, West Africa Theological Seminary, Hindustan Bible Institute and many more.

Through the years T-Net International has partnered with colleges and seminaries around the world in training pastors and offering courses and degrees.  T-Net International provides the training and our primary educational partner, Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, provides accredited degrees for this rigorous training - a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry (B.A.Min) for those with a high school diploma and a Master of Arts in Ministry (M.A.Min) for those who already have a Bachelor degree and an MA or DMin in Organizational Management for graduates of our 10-Course T-Net Training Centers. Pastors who do not wish to receive a degree can complete our training and be awarded a Diploma.
